Justin Shaw is a comedian from Prince Edward Island, and if you're also from Prince Edward Island, his dad probably knows your dad. He’s performed at clubs and theatres across Canada, and worked with the likes of Lorne Elliott, Scott Faulconbridge, Mike MacDonald, and got to share a story on Mike Birbiglia’s Working It Out Online Comedy Show. His solo show The Wrestling Play won the Patron’s Pick at the 2017 Island Fringe Festival, and was later presented at Edmonton’s Nextfest. A theatre discipline, love of writing, and offbeat perspective makes Justin’s comedy uniquely complex: it is foolish yet intelligent, outrageous yet relatable, and eccentric yet genuine.
